Live Scoring Procedure:

 

1. Download the free Golf Genius app from your play/app store to your mobile phone.

 

2. Enter the foursome GGID that is assigned to your pairing. It will be printed on your scorecard. The one on the scorecard takes precedence over any that have been previously assigned as tee assignments may change. 

 

3. One person in the foursome or threesome is assigned by the group as the digital marker and takes the digital score for the entire group.

 

4. All players exchange written scorecard (cross cart), you become a marker for that player, and you will have a section on top of your card where you will note your score. You must write time started.

 

5. After the round sign and attest the scorecard along with your marker and mark the time ended and total time.

 

6. Confirm your scores are correct with the player who is the digital marker.

 

7. On the tee box there will be a box with your scorecard in it. After the round pass in scorecard with an onsite official and pay for your round and side games. If the onsite official has collected from you before your round please place your attested scorecard in the AGTNE box in or around the proshop. 

 

8. The last group out please pick up the scorecard box on the first tee and the closest to the pin markers.
